It Was Rather “Hawt” Up In This Here Storage!!!
This film was quite impressive and left a strong impression on me as I watched. It is undeniably a major entry in the body horror genre, featuring disturbing and unsettling transformations and sequences that showcase the director’s skill at creating tension and discomfort. However, I would not classify this movie as a traditional zombie film, nor does it fit neatly into the stand-alone horror genre. The brutality of the killings is evident, yet the violence is presented in a way that is more psychological than overtly gory—subverting the expectations of relentless bloodshed and instead focusing on the emotional and physical trauma of the characters.
The Sense of Humor Aspect Of It All
One thing that caught my attention was the film’s surprising sense of humor, which gave the otherwise tense atmosphere a distinctive and welcome twist. Even though there are some scenes in the movie that might be characterized as “hot” or provocative, they add to the plot rather than just startle viewers. What word would I use to describe Liam Neeson’s role in this? He was very…comical. I haven’t seen him in many different comedic movies. Even though his part was short, it was still a lot of fun to watch!
What Was This? Overall?
Overall, I believe these descriptions are a little misleading, despite the fact that the film is marketed as a zombie or horror film. It is best understood as a disturbing and provocative analysis of human transformation and suffering. I think it’s the kind of film that, even after just one viewing, leaves a lasting impression—a memorable experience that lingers long after the credits have rolled.
I started laughing so loud when he shot the gun and he failed cause his back got thrown out. This was funny to me. I like this movie I wouldn’t mind going back to see it a couple of times I’mma put this movie on my shelf when I get the DVD next to my Shaun of the dead DVD cause it reminded me a lot of of that movie

I thoroughly enjoyed Cold Storage. It’s very much in the vein of the classic 1985 comedy-horror The Return of the Living Dead. Liam Neeson is an actor who earns laughs by playing it completely straight in the midst of absurdity.

I guess I’ll have to wait till it comes out on streaming. My theater has already taken it off!!! It was only shown for 6 nights, and all late showings. I was planning on going tonight, but it’s no longer showing.
Yeah—it’s like I always say…if a movie has only AM or PM showtimes, then they feel the movie will not make a lot of money. That seems to be the case with a few movies lately.
